Honoring Indigenous Women

We are extending a warm welcome to an Open Circle: Honoring Indigenous Women’s Knowledge and Strength on Thursday, March 6th, from 2:30 to 5:30 in the Conference Centre 6-307, UNBC Campus. This event is being hosted by the First Nations Studies Program, FNST 405/605 Class, and the Indigenous Knowledge Holders Inventory Project Team. We want to bring together Indigenous women who are respected knowledge holders, to share wisdom and teachings with us, and to honor them as a part of the celebration for International Women’s Week. All are welcome to attend, and to bring food to share at the close of the Circle.
